Overview
We are an integrated marketing communication agency in the healthcare industry looking for an energetic business driven candidate with a customer-centric and commercial mindset. He/she will work in a fast-paced team environment and have the opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of a medical marketing job.
Responsibilities
- Find new potential marketing partners and make a new partnership, especially in the healthcare/Pharma industry.
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Schedule appointments, preparing, delivering presentations, and pitching to new clients, having researched their business and requirements.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and partners
- Creating programs to improve services and improve team
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and development, to develop and implement new service offerings that meet customer needs.
- Attend networking events, association events, and industry events to establish and maintain a professional network.
- Closely work with cross-functions.
- Having writing skills and project management is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience working at a healthcare agency or a pharmaceutical company with strong connections with the healthcare/pharma industry.
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends.
- Attention to detail, ability to understand processes, and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately
- Time-oriented, good management skills with the ability to hit goals within set deadlines
