Control Union Vietnam, based in HCMC, is an internationally operating inspection, auditing and certification organization for multiple certification programs, such as: GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, ISO9001, BRC, sustainable programs such as forest management (FSC), biomass production, textile, organic production and EUREPGAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieves and exceeds sales goals: generate order income and revenue from new clients for aquaculture, food safety and feed safety as outlined in the sales plan.
- Creates and maintains a customer-focused list of prospective customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, market knowledge, etc
- Generates new leads, such as at trade shows and industry events.
- Through regular customer interaction and visits, maintains / grows customer loyalty and secures critical business.
- Keeps positive relationships with existing customers in order to upsell the service portfolio.
- Recovers lost clients and gain clients from aqua, food, feed market based on Control Union strength in these certification scheme.
- Documents all activities in CEDA/CRM.
- Performs sales analytics in the area of responsibility.
- Support in organizing participation in association, fair, seminars and other events; prepare presentations and marketing materials for conferences and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or a comparable level in a relevant discipline.
- Have 2+ years experienced in B2B sales and marketing of services.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (must have).
- Experience in sales for testing, inspection, or certification services is a strong plus.
- Good in communication skills.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Good time management and planning skills.
