JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry blockchain projects, stakeholders, including exchanges, financial institutions, and other relevant partners.
- Contact potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the editorial, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, sponsorships, advertising, and other monetization avenues.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Well-groomed, confident in client-facing roles.
- Background in Finance / Marketing / Business Communication or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or financial news industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the crypto market ecosystem is a MUST.
- Fluent in English speaking;
- Deep understanding and empathy for the blockchain space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Independent attitude work with low supervision.
