Job Description
- Lead Management & Customer Engagement: Contact and consult potential customers with existing demands, schedule appointments, and follow up throughout the sales process.
- Product Support & Onboarding: Assist customers in experiencing Easy AI products by setting up AI accounts and guiding them on how to use Easy AI solutions effectively.
- Contract Administration: Prepare, monitor, and manage contracts, ensuring a smooth and timely signing process.
- After-Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience after purchase.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Preference for candidates with B2B sales experience, especially in the technology sector.
- Willingness to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to daily work to improve efficiency and optimize task execution.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about pursuing a long-term career in business development, particularly in technology.
- Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong soft skills, including communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable at work.
- Own a personal computer or laptop.
