Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting and analyzing annual operation plans for the manufacturing site.
- Establish and improve financial processes with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency.
- Conduct financial and data analysis through management reports to strengthen risk control.
- Review factory finance documents and oversee annual/quarterly/monthly budget planning, funding review, and allocation communication.
- Support group-level policies by formulating project plans and driving their implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting or corporate data/financial analysis preferred.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with sharp numerical and analytical sense.
