Tasks
As a Business Analyst, successful candidates will have to perform the following tasks under the supervision of our Senior Service Design and IT Staff:
- Closely collaborate with the Product Owner, Service Request Owner, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into solution requirements for IT project implementation
P- articipate in the Service Design process to prepare comprehensive ticket requirements according to the Request or Product Owner requests
F- acilitate the business users to identify and prioritize the project initiatives to fulfill the business objectives and meet the project timeline
D- ocument the business functional requirements in detail and ensure the implementation is in place
W- ork with UI for UI design and screen mock-up
R- eviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
S- erve as an internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements need to be clarified
A- bility to analyze and calculate data
W- ork with the development team Scrum Master to identify and remove impediments that come up during the sprint process
A- ssist in software testing activities and cooperate closely with the QA-staff for successful delivery
Requirements
D- egree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent industry experience
E- xcellent communication skills in both English, Vietnamese and interpersonal skills are obligatory
E- xperience in software development as a Business Analyst or Product Owner is advantageous
K- nowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis
A- bility to effectively and proactively interact and communicate with senior management, internal departments, clients, and vendors
D- emonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
G- ood UI/UX knowledge/experience
G- ood skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
G- eneral understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest in understanding a broad range of business models and needs
G- ood problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on attention to detail
A- proactive can-do attitude and strong commitment to the deadline
E- xperience in Agile/ Scrum is a big plus
W- illingness to learn new technologies both by training and self-learning
