Role Description The Business Consultant role is a contract position based in Hanoi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client work with some work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will assess client operations, analyze value chains, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and customer experience. Day-to-day activities include conducting interviews and workshops, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, preparing business cases, and developing practical recommendations aligned with OPEX domains. The role will involve designing and implementing improvement initiatives, supporting change management efforts, and coaching client teams to embed new processes and behaviors. The consultant will collaborate with J&P Global experts and client stakeholders, preparing clear reports and presentations that inform executive decision-making.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose business issues, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Demonstrated Consulting and Management Consulting experience, including client-facing work and delivery of improvement projects.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executive and frontline audiences.
Solid understanding of Finance principles to support business cases, ROI analysis, and performance measurement.
Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to work in hybrid settings, manage multiple stakeholders, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.
Consulting experience in Vietnam or similar markets and proficiency in English; Vietnamese language skills are beneficial.
