JOB SUMMARY

The Business Consultant will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and increasing client engagement. This role demands a highly strategic thinker with a solid background in business development and a deep understanding of the consulting market.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop strategies to attract new clients, including outreach, presentations, and networking. Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process from initial contact to closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Regularly engage with existing clients to explore new consulting opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities that can enhance the company's service offerings and market presence
Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business targets
Lead and mentor junior business development staff, setting performance goals and providing training and development opportunities
Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, progress towards goals, and new business leads
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes
Other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management;
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong results-oriented mindset;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment;
Ability to be keen on details and adjust quickly to change;
Ability to remain calm and maintain strategic focus under pressure; excellent stress management skills;
Fluent English;
