CoderPush is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients on core trading and AI-driven solutions. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
- Analyze business processes related to Trading Systems
- Support projects involving AI Solutions (data flows, use cases, business logic)
- Gather, document, and manage business & functional requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories)
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
- Collaborate with technical teams during development, testing, and delivery phases
- Participate in UAT, clarify requirements, and support issue resolution
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Must be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
- Experience working closely with business teams and technical teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong experience in Vietnam stock / securities domain
- Good understanding of core trading systems and related workflows (highly preferred)
- Experience in banking or fintech is a strong plus
- Familiar with AI-related projects or data-driven products is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or system integration
- Experience working with APIs (RESTful/SOAP)
- Ability to read and understand API documentation
- Experience in agile/scrum environments
