Role Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst at GFT, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You willbe responsible forwriting business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing change initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring thetimelyandaccuratedelivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Manage change initiatives to ensure seamless project transitions.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, ora relatedfield.

• Minimum of 8 years in Business Analyst and 3 years of experience in retail banking or fintech.

• Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Card, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management,etc).

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.

• Proficient in projectmethodologyand Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum).

• Skilled in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.

• Familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart, Miro, Jira, and Figma.

• Understanding ofdigital platforms and underlying technologies.

• Strong senseof ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the financial sector.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
