ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in banking and financial services. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team to ensure accurate and effective solution implementation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are fully understood
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Provide domain expertise in banking processes, compliance, and regulations
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of BA experience, including at least 3 years in banking/financial services
- Excellent English communication, confident in working with international clients
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, compliance, KYC/AML
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
