Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with strong technical background and experience in Shopify to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for Shopify-based solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements or technical enhancements.
- Support testing, validation, and UAT to ensure product quality.
- Provide insights and reports on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tech projects (preferably eCommerce/Shopify).
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, apps, and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken) to work with international teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Availability for part-time engagement (flexible hours).
