Job Description:
- Process competitor research and market research to keep up with changes and trends within the SEO field.
- Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct user research to empathize with and understand the users&apos problems.
- Provide solutions to improve the product (including functionality and UI-UX tasks).
- Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with different teams (Customer support team, Designers, and Development team) to ideate possible solutions to meet the users needs.
- Write related documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong mindset for product development (especially Saas products).
- Strong research skills to explore user andmarket insight.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, familiarity with metric analytics, and other marketing tools are highly preferred.
- Experience in SEO is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills to decide the best solution for new product features or improvements.
- Have a strong understanding of user interactions and user interface design.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to cooperate with other departments within the organization.
