We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on Data Analysis to join our internal Data Warehouse project for the Back Office team at SmartOSC. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis, data modeling, business intelligence and business process optimization to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

●     Collaborate with stakeholders from and Back Office teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

●     Design and implement data models and dashboards to support financial reporting and analysis.

●     Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Data Warehouse.

●     Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to monitor business performance.

●     Conduct data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

●     Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and financial efficiency.

●     Document business requirements, data flows, and system specifications.

●     Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirement

●     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field.

●     At least 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis/BI Analyst with a focus on data-driven projects.

●     Advance BA skills using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools

●     Strong understanding of internal processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis).

●     Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.

●     Experience working with Data Warehouse environments and ETL processes.

●     Solid experience in Business Intelligence tools and methodologies.

●     Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

●     Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

●     Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
