We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, business processes, and problem-solving. You will support senior Business Analysts and Project Managers in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping to design effective IT solutions that meet business needs.

Job Description:

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys. 
• Support the creation of business process models, workflow diagrams, and system documentation. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. 
• Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. 
• Participate in testing activities, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results. 
• Conduct research and provide insights on industry best practices, tools, and technologies. 
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. 

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• High proficiency in English. 
• Strong interest in business analysis, IT systems, and digital transformation. 
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus. 
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) or similar tools
