I. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our SkyJoy Product team who will join the loyalty-integration product stream that enables banks and financial companies to package, sell, and settle loyalty services through our platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital product development / solution implementation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our digital products meet market demands and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret business needs, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications. Main PIC for writing documents such as PRD, FRS, process mapping, workflow, etc follow standard template of SkyJoy Product team
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Participate in all SCRUM events such as product backlog grooming, sprint planning, review sessions.
- Support QA teams in developing test cases and scenarios, take part in UAT process to verify and to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and analyze existing business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Involve in data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into product performance and user behavior.
- Work with Product Owner/Product Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)/success metrics of product lines/Product features.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders at various levels in meetings & product briefing sessions.
II. Requirements
A.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2C digital product, loyalty, card, or payment solutions for banks, fintech lenders, insurance or financial services firms.
- Understanding of credit-card engagement, digital banking & financial service processes, KYC/AML controls, and how loyalty point liabilities are governed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, etc) and tools (FigJam, DrawIO, Miro, Lark docs/wiki or similar)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital product lifecycle is preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
