Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders (Business teams, Product, Banking partners, Fintech partners).
Analyze and model business processes in banking, finance, and fintech domains (payments, e-wallets, lending, cards, core banking, eKYC, AML, reporting, etc.).
Prepare And Maintain Business Analysis Documents, Including
BRD, FRD, SRS
Use Cases, User Stories
Workflows, BPMN diagrams, Wireframes (if required)
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and related teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
Participate in UAT, support system acceptance and deployment.
Propose process improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Finance/Banking, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking / Fintech / Financial Services.
Solid Knowledge Of Banking Business Domains
Payments and transfers
Lending, cards, e-wallets
KYC/eKYC, AML, compliance, reporting
Experience working with IT systems, APIs, and databases (basic SQL is a plus).
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
Good English reading and communication skills for work purposes.
