Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain Finance

1) Key Responsibility:

Strategic Advisory & Planning

• Act as strategic financial advisors to operations teams, focusing on cost optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning.
• Collaborate with SC, Procurement to provide cost simulation for Value chain.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor monthly performance against budgets, highlighting variances in overheads to spot trends, risks and savings opportunities.
• In charge of COE management reports for SC & Procurement.
• In charge of cost of materials planning and actual monitoring.
• Prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights on KPIs.
• Check closing JVs from SC & Procurement.

Projects & Operational Support

• Lead automation projects in SC Finance.
• Assist capex investment analysis for SC, Procurement projects as well as evaluate business cases and operational changes.
• Other tasks assigned by Director.

2) Requirements

• Bachelor in accounting, Finance or relevant fields
• CIMA/CMA qualified or equivalent, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in FMCG business partnering finance, auditing, management reporting & budgeting; preferably has Supply Chain Finance background
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for modeling and dashboards
• Fluent in English communication
• Good collaboration skills, capable of delivering results.
• Good problem-solving skill and has the ability translate analytical data into narrative and presentation.
• Ability to challenge business decisions, manage risks, and support business cases evaluations.
