Role Description

The Business Analyst – ERP & Process Transformation is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. This role is responsible for analyzing current business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into ERP solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand operational needs, map end-to-end workflows, and propose process enhancements aligned with organizational objectives. Daily tasks include conducting requirements workshops, preparing functional specifications, supporting ERP configuration and testing, and assisting in change management and user training activities. The role also involves monitoring post-implementation performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure successful process transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and support of process transformation initiatives.
• Capability to define and manage Business Requirements and translate them into ERP functional specifications.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) in implementation or enhancement projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management or Agile methodologies and basic understanding of data and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
