Role: Business Analyst – E-commerce

Type of Employment: Full-time (08:30 AM - 05:30 PM; Monday - Friday)

Location: Luong Dinh Cua, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

CUSTOMER & PROJECT

We are looking for a Business Analyst – E-commerce to join a product development project focused on building an E-commerce platform from the ground up.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, UI/UX, Developers, QA, and other relevant teams to understand business needs, define product requirements, design business processes, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements for the development team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements for the E-commerce product.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Identify business needs, gaps, dependencies, and potential issues; propose practical solutions and improvements.
• Create and maintain BRD, URD, SRS, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other BA documentation.
• Create process flows and wireframes to communicate requirements.
• Work closely with UI/UX, Developers, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support UAT, requirement clarification, and product improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce projects/products.
• Good understanding of E-commerce processes such as product catalog, search, cart, checkout, payment, order, promotion, and delivery.
• Strong requirement analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
