Role Description

1. Factory Performance Analysis

工厂绩效分析

• Analyze monthly factory costs, including in-house expenses and subcontracting costs, to identify key cost drivers and performance trends.

分析工厂每月成本,包括内部运营费用及外包加工成本,以识别主要成本驱动因素及绩效趋势。

• Perform what-if analyses to support operational decision-making.

开展情景假设分析(What-if Analysis),为运营决策提供数据支持。

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements to enhance operational performance.

与相关部门及业务负责人密切合作,将数据分析结果转化为可执行的改善措施,以提升运营绩效。

2. Ad Hoc Projects

临时专项项目

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses based on business requirements.

根据业务需求开展专项财务分析。

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成上级安排的其他工作及职责。

Qualifications

1. Education / 教育背景

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields. Finance/Accounting/Auditing background is a plus.

本科及以上学历,工商管理、经济学、管理学或相关专业;财务、会计或审计背景优先。

2. Professional Qualifications / 专业技能

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.

熟练使用 Microsoft Office,尤其是 Excel 和 PowerPoint;熟悉 Power BI 者优先。

3. Work Experience / 工作经验

• 3–4 years of relevant experience; garment or textile/fabric industry experience is preferred.

3–4 年相关工作经验;具有服装或纺织/面料行业经验者优先。

4. Technical Skills / 技术技能

• Strong data analysis, processing, and problem-solving skills.

具备较强的数据分析、处理及问题解决能力。

5. Languages / 语言能力

• Vietnamese and Chinese required; English is a plus.

越南语和中文;具备英语能力者优先。
