Business Analyst (AI Platform)

We are developing a shared AI platform for the business units of a multi-industry group in Vietnam (banking, aviation, consumer finance, real estate). The platform supports building and operating AI agents for business work: attaching tools, loading internal documents, and orchestrating multiple agents that work together.

This role owns the business side of the requirement: what the business needs and why.

Responsibilities

• Work with the AI Specialist to translate stakeholder requirements into a Business Requirement Document (BRD).
• Act as the bridge between the AI Specialist team and Dev: facilitate meetings & track open questions.
• Perform gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be) and document process flows using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) / Swimlane notation.
• Write User Stories (US) and define Definition of Ready (DoR) for all US entering the sprint.
• Coordinate with the AI Specialist and AI Dev team during solution design to make sure the business intent is preserved.
• Understand the business products the platform serves (knowledgeable in banking and financial products is a plus); be able to speak the stakeholders language.
• Experience building or maintaining user-facing guidelines/manuals for a software product.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, or equivalent.
• Experience with banking or financial products.
• Experience with web/app products.
• Comfortable writing BRDs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria that a technical team can pick up without re-interpretation.
• Working knowledge of BPMN / Swimlane process modelling.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred

• Prior exposure to AI/GenAI products.
