You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

- Develop and maintain BSR standards, specifications, and design guidelines.
- Define system-level and component-level BSR performance requirements.
- Define system-level and component-level test procedures
- Lead cross-functional BSR reviews during concept and design phases.
- Support material and interface selections to eliminate BSR risk.
- Develop and implement BSR test procedures (lab and vehicle).
- Coordinate with suppliers on part design and verification.
- NVH attribute target specification documents
- Cascaded NVH sub-system requirement matrices
- NVH test standards and validation plan templates
- NVH attribute deviation summary reports
- Updated NVH best practice documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years experience in NVH attribute development and vehicle integration
- Proficiency with NVH instrumentation and data analysis tools (e.g., LMS, HEAD, Brüel & Kjær)
- Strong understanding of subjective NVH evaluation and objective metrics
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination and documentation skills
