Job Description

CMC Japan is seeking a Salesforce Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to join a maintenance and development project utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a Japanese client.

In this role, you will not only act as the communication bridge between the client and the Offshore development team, but also participate in technical Salesforce-related tasks alongside the Offshore team. This position is ideal for candidates who want to further develop their BrSE capabilities while maintaining and enhancing their technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese clients and the Offshore development team.
• Gather, analyze, clarify, and communicate client requirements to the development team.
• Discuss and explain business requirements while supporting the team throughout the development process.
• Participate in Salesforce-related technical tasks together with the Offshore team.
• Assist with deliverable reviews, testing activities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress, provide status reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Previous experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or in a role involving direct communication with Japanese clients.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with strong communication skills for business discussions.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, gather and communicate requirements, and collaborate effectively with both clients and development teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and good teamwork skills.

• Experience in system maintenance, support, or operations projects.
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning, APIs, or Salesforce integrations.
