2.Job Description:

We are looking for a storytelling-driven Branding Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong narrative capabilities and solid coordination skills, able to translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality executions across channels and touch points. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

3.Key responsibilities:

Branding & Content

  • Develop and manage social content across key channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo, YouTube) to strengthen brand awareness and engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, and delivery timelines.
  • Support the development and execution of brand materials, including brand guidelines, corporate merchandise, and internal training or onboarding content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute branding initiatives and events, from concept development through logistics and post-event follow-up.

Corporate Communications

  • Develop internal communication content to engage employees and highlight company achievements, key milestones, and corporate events.
  • Participate in reviewing and refining external communication materials (press releases, editorials, corporate announcements) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand positioning.
  • Support the preparation and visual refinement of presentation decks and communication materials as required.

4.Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree in Finance/Economics/Marketing/Communications or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Finance services.
