Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Specialist Employer Branding & Early Careers to take ownership of early talent development programs and employer branding initiatives.

This role focuses on designing, coordinating, and implementing programs for fresh graduates and interns while ensuring strong alignment with business needs. The position also supports employer branding activities to strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice in Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Early Careers Programs

- Coordinate and implement programs such as Internship and Fresh Graduate initiatives.

- Manage onboarding, training schedules, and support for participants.

- Collaborate with business units to arrange technical and soft skills training.

- Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and ensure program success.

- Support recruitment activities for early career programs (assessment days, interviews, case studies).

- Provide regular reports and updates on program outcomes.

Employer Branding Support

- Assist in planning and executing branding activities (career fairs, university partnerships, plant tours).

- Highlight program success stories in employer branding communications.

- Work closely with the HR-Talent Acquisition and related teams to align messaging and promote TTI as an employer of choice.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employer Branding, or Early Careers program coordination.

- Experience running an internship or graduate programs is a plus.

Knowledge

- Knowledge of talent development practices (onboarding, training coordination, performance tracking, program evaluation).

Functional Skills

- Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Good reporting and data management skills to track KPIs and prepare updates for management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Other Abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with program participants, managers, universities, and vendors.

- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with ability to support cross-functional initiatives.

- Problem-solving and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

*Working Location: SHTP - Thu Duc - HCMC. Shuttle buses from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available
