The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating marketing and integrated communication projects for VIGO's brands and integrated brand portfolios. This role works closely with IMC agencies, digital/social agencies, KOL/KOC agencies, production houses, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered in line with brand strategy, on time, within budget, and with clear business impact.
The position acts as a key connector between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution, strong brand consistency, and compliance within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Agency/Partner Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for IMC agencies, Digital/Social agencies, KOL/KOC agencies, and production houses.
- Develop and execute IMC briefs for brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Review and evaluate proposals, creative concepts, key visuals, content direction, media plans, and influencer strategies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality across multiple campaigns.
- Monitor execution progress and proactively resolve issues with agencies and partners.
2. Internal Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Serve as the bridge between Brand team, Trade/Commercial, E-commerce, Creative teams, and agencies.
- Collect and consolidate internal inputs, including brand guidelines, product USPs, claims, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand positioning and industry regulations.
3. Content Control & Beauty Industry Compliance
- Review and control communication content related to product claims, ingredients, and benefits, ensuring alignment with brand direction and legal regulations.
- Review KOL/KOC content, social media content, TVCs/videos, POSM, and other marketing materials before release.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to minimize legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
4. Campaign Performance Evaluation
- Track and evaluate campaign performance based on KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
- Prepare campaign reports, extract insights, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
5. Agency & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with agencies and vendors in the beauty industry.
- Conduct periodic agency performance reviews; participate in pitching processes, agency selection, and contract negotiations when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Project Management roles.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in IMC agencies, especially those who have worked with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or aesthetic brands.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of IMC campaign execution processes within the beauty industry.
- Good knowledge of Digital, Social, Influencer/KOL-KOC, and E-commerce channels (an advantage).
- Ability to review, challenge, and refine strategy, creative concepts, and influencer plans.
- Strong brand and commercial mindset, beyond pure execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, decisive, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in timeline and budget control.
- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Experience leading product launches or major brand campaigns in the beauty industry.
- Established network with beauty KOL/KOCs, agencies, and production houses.
- Experience working client-side/in-house is a strong advantage.
