Job Description
- Strategic Planning Build and execute short- and mid-term marketing plans to hit share, revenue, and profitability targets; define pricing and competitive positioning; track KPIs, ROI, and budget across all marketing activities.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence Run ongoing market research on customer needs, trends, and competitor moves; identify new patient segments and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Marketing Communications Plan and run integrated campaigns to build product awareness and brand equity; oversee medical-channel communications for consistent, compliant messaging; lead presentations, meetings, and exhibitions for HCPs.
- Stakeholder & KOL Engagement Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders; design KOL engagement plans that support advocacy and market education.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Equip the sales force with product knowledge, competitive intel, and marketing tools; partner with Regulatory Affairs, QA, and Sales Administration on documentation for tenders, hospital listings, and quotations; contribute to cross-functional projects as needed..
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at product manager level within ETC products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
