Job Description

Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

1) Brand strategy development & governance

  • Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning aligned with the company's vision, business direction, and development stage.
  • Manage and standardize the brand identity system (logo, colors, typography, key visuals, tone of voice, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels: stores, POSM, website, social media, PR, packaging, and visual merchandising (VM).
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines.
  • Conduct research on market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Analyze customer insights and consumer behavior to adjust brand and business strategies.
  • Track and manage Brand Health metrics.

2) Brand campaign development

  • Plan and manage brand campaigns (Brand Campaigns, launches, seasonal campaigns, etc.) monthly/quarterly/annually based on business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Merchandise teams to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Manage brand content: brand story, product story, key messages, and in-store VM.

3) Budget management & reporting

  • Develop and manage the Brand Budget.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and measure brand KPIs.
  • Provide periodic reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, or related fields.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Brand Management.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in retail, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, or fragrance in the luxury/premium segment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and brand sensibility.
  • Project management skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong storytelling and brand content development capability.
  • Data and market insight analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Sincere; able to listen, share, and collaborate.
  • Agile and adaptable in business and people management.
  • Proactive, accountable, and passionate about work.
  • Creative, pioneering mindset; critical thinking and continuous improvement.
