Purpose of role:

This role drives IF category objectives and profit targets through strategic marketing initiatives. It involves shaping brand vision, executing local campaigns, tracking performance, supporting trade execution, implementing go-to-market strategies for new products, and contributing to training programsall to boost sales, referrals, and market share for the assigned brand portfolio

Responsibilities include:

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Implement Infant Formula brand strategy aligned with Blackmores vision and commercial objectives.
  • Localise global/regional brand strategies to resonate with Vietnamese consumers, ensuring cultural relevance and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive segment design, pricing strategy, and gross margin and EBIT improvement for the category.
  • Lead all local market brand execution plans inclusive of Media Planning, Digital (Paid, Earned, Owned) and Trade Marketing

Innovation & Communication

  • Lead the development of innovation and communication plans that excite consumers and drive scale.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (regulatory, product development, quality) to articulate compelling product claims.
  • Collaborate with central/regional marketing team to managing local project timelines and gate processes for new product development, product innovation and compliance projects

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct business and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor category trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand positioning.
  • Use local market insights to influence regional and global brand and innovation plans to better suit the local Vietnamese market

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with regional/local team (marketing-VDS, sales, e-com, regulatory, education, supply chain), distributors, agencies, and retail customers to execute campaigns and activations.
  • Influence without authority across cultures and time zones to deliver outcomes for the group

Commercial Delivery

  • Support sales, e-com, supply chain, and distributor to ensure commercial success of Infant Formula products.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Who are you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand management in some of which has been in the infant nutrition sector.
  • Proven success in launching and managing consumer brands in Vietnam.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in cross-functional project leadership and innovation management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data presentation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player with strong influencing and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultures and collaborate with stakeholders in different regions.
