Brand Identity Executive

Location: Sadora Building, No.2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday (02 Saturday off/month).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for developing, reviewing, updating, and monitoring the implementation of operational standards for Passenger Vehicle Showrooms & Workshops as assigned, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents and compliance assessment data across the system.Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating operational standards for Passenger Vehicle Showrooms & Workshops, including layout, brand identity, operational processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare, finalize, and manage documents, forms, and records related to operational standards.
• Monitor, support, and evaluate the implementation of standards at Showrooms & Workshops under Provincial/City Companies.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze assessment data; identify non-conformities and propose improvement and adjustment solutions.
• Participate in reviewing and verifying layout, branding identity, and functional plans for Showroom & Workshop projects involving new investments or upgrades as assigned.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports and propose process improvements to enhance standards management efficiency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Quality Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Good understanding of showroom and passenger vehicle service workshop operations under standardized systems.
• Ability to implement and monitor compliance with operational standards and service processes.
• Knowledge of digital technologies, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications to improve analysis and decision-making efficiency is an advantage.
