Youll Do
1. Market & Customer Insight
- Research customer behavior, industry trends, competitors, and merchant lifecycle (onboarding, growth, retention, churn).
- Translate insights into actionable brand and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage stakeholders and external partners (agencies, media, event organizers).
2. Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain strong brand identity and positioning in SaaS & E-commerce.
- Implement brand-building initiatives aligned with company strategy and product adoption funnels (acquisition, activation, retention, referral).
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (social, website, paid ads, PR, email, events).
- Measure and track brand equity through key metrics, including Brand Awareness, Brand Preference & Consideration (preference scores, app listing CTR, Shopify/App Store ratings & reviews), Customer Perception: Net Promoter Score (NPS), sentiment analysis, engagement rate.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize brand positioning and support merchant business growth through Shopify App Store and marketplace listings.
3. Content & Campaign Management
- Plan, produce, and manage creative brand-aligned content with a customer-centric approach.
- Execute inbound & outbound marketing campaigns, PR activities, and brand events.
- Drive omni-channel communication to strengthen brand perception and engagement.
- Track, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of content and campaigns based on data and customer insights.
4. Research, Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, Brandwatch, etc.) to track brand health, funnel conversion, retention, and ROI.
- Deliver regular reports and provide recommendations to optimize brand and campaigns.
5. Project & Risk Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, copyright, and legal standards.
- Proactively identify risks, handle crises, and optimize processes for impact.
- Manage brand/media budgets and evaluate ROI to optimize investment across channels
Youll have:
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of omni-channel branding, customer lifecycle, and product adoption funnels.
- Hands-on experience with marketing/analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Brandwatch, etc.).
- Excellent content creation, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A customer-centric, data-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Creativity, adaptability, and passion for building brands that merchants love.
