You&aposll do:
1. Market & Customer Insight
- Research customer behavior, industry trends, competitors, and the merchant lifecycle (onboarding, growth, retention, churn).
- Manage stakeholders and external partners (agencies, media, event organizers).
2. Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain strong brand identity and positioning in SaaS & eCommerce.
- Drive brand-building initiatives aligned with company strategy and product adoption funnels (acquisition, activation, retention, referral).
- Ensure consistency across all channels (social, website, paid ads, PR, email, events).
3. Content & Campaign Management
- Plan, produce, and manage customer-centric, brand-aligned content.
- Drive omni-channel communications to strengthen brand perception and engagement.
4. Research, Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, Brandwatch, etc.) to monitor brand health, funnel conversion, retention, and ROI.
- Deliver regular reports with recommendations to refine branding and campaigns.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of omni-channel branding, customer lifecycle, and product adoption funnels.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Brandwatch, etc.).
- Proven skills in content creation, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- A customer-centric, data-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for building brands that merchants love.
