JOB DESCRIPTION:
COMMUNICATION:
- Executive the communication plan around activities/seasonal calendar base on teams budget
- Develop a detailed action plan including ideas, messages & images of the brand for each specific marketing campaign/event
- Conducting performance reports with key insights after each campaign/ marketing activity
- Routine meetings (Bi-Weekly & Monthly Meeting)
- Organize & carry out the implementation of the approved marketing activities; monitor and evaluate the activities effectiveness
- Execute communication initiatives, special events, advertising production and placement, direct marketing in different channels (online & offline)
- Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including writing online and offline content, editing and proofreading copy, briefing and directing designers, copywriters, and printers
- Develop suitable campaign briefing documents for partners such as designers and copywriters
- Set up a brand communication plan and a marketing plan at the point of sale: promotional plan, customer interaction plan, customer care plan...
MARKET INTELLIGENCE & CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING:
- Follow and analyze market trends based on the need of MKT team;
- Understand the market trends and consumer insights to further explore new opportunities and new business;
- Develop tools as relevant to be close to the heart of our customers (CRM, Zalo OA, satisfaction survey);
DIGITAL MARKETING:
- Build up and manage the e-commerce channels, company website and other systems relative to online/offline sales if need;
- Support to organize activities involving product prototypes with clients, gathering and analyzing their feedback with product & communication;
- Support shooting, filming product and activity for company if need;
- Apply Design Thinking methodology in building and designing the right customer experience for the defined channels, then suggest the right sales support (including POSM, customer meetings, events, training, ) and proper communication tool;
- Together with other teams to organize the cooperate event (internal/ external event,) if needed;
- Other tasks: as the line managers request.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication; Marketing or related fields;
Minimum 2 years working experience in communication or digital marketing;
Fluently in English and Vietnamese in writing and communication;
Continuous improvement and adaptation to a dynamic environment;
Creative close to the F&B culture - Passion for cacao and food is a plus!;
Keen attention to detail and an attitude for problem-solving;
Able to work independently with little supervision;
Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
Be able to use Adobe Photoshop and having a good sense of design or photography is a plus;
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, willing to learn and grow.
