Job Summary
As a Brand Partnership Executive, you will serve as the vital link between THN Network and its partner brands, playing an essential role in establishing, maintaining, and strengthening business collaborations. In this position, you will work closely with KOLs, KOCs, and creators to implement effective livestream campaigns, secure strategic commercial deals, and drive sustainable revenue growth for both parties.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Brand Partnerships: Proactively source and engage potential brand partners that align with THN Networks creator ecosystem.
Negotiate and Close Commercial Deals: Work directly with brands to negotiate partnership terms, ensuring competitive commission structures and favorable benefits for creators.
Plan Product Lineups for Livestream Campaigns: Collaborate with the operations team and creators to curate suitable product assortments for each livestream session.
Coordinate Campaign Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement livestream campaigns, from product preparation and content design to performance monitoring.
Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Effectiveness: Prepare campaign reports, analyze GMV/NMV data, and provide recommendations for optimization in future deals.
Foster Long-Term Relationships: Maintain strong connections with brands post-campaign, while proposing new collaboration opportunities to scale partnerships.
Support the MCN Manager in Strategic Initiatives: Provide market insights, industry trends, and brand feedback to contribute to the development of the creator network growth strategy.
