- Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in the system accurately and on time.
- Support BOM creation and maintenance for new items, ECO changes, and existing products.
- Update BOM information whenever changes occur and ensure all revisions are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with IE Team, US Team, PIC, Production, and related departments to resolve BOM-related issues.
- Set up and control material data in the Master Power Link system.
- Check, monitor, and correct material inventory data in the MAPICS system when discrepancies are found.
- Support the creation, update, and maintenance of routing data as required.
- Collect data for ongoing projects and support project follow-up activities.
- Audit SOP implementation and ensure processes are followed correctly.
- Assist in preparing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and training documents related to production processes.
- Support process improvement, lean manufacturing activities, and other technical service tasks when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Education:
- College/ University with major Accounting, Industrial management, or related field ...
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in BOM management, document control, production administration, IE support, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of:
- Knowledge of BOM, routing, material control, and production data management.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with MAPICS, ERP systems, or similar manufacturing systems is an advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and accurate.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
