Key Responsibilities

Architecture and Design: Lead the design of blockchain solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
Development and Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts and decentralized applications, ensuring high code quality.
Technical Leadership: Act as a mentor for the blockchain development team, providing guidance on best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product management, operations, and compliance teams to align blockchain projects with business goals.
Research and Innovation: Stay current on blockchain developments and recommend new technologies.
Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security standards and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Project Management: Manage project timelines and resources to meet objectives.

Requirements

Must Have

5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in blockchain development.
Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger) and smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust).
Understanding of cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and consensus algorithms.
