JOB DESCRIPTION

Dive deep into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to analyze and interpret data.

Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that offer strategic insights.

Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business processes and strategies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.

Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across systems.

Manage and train the data analysis, BI, and reconciliation team, ensuring efficient team performance.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliation processes, collaborating with finance to automate and improve data integrity across systems

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Have proven experience in fintech industry.

Minimum 5 years in a BI or data analytics role, with a strong background in data modeling, data visualization, and reporting.

Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.

Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborative, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
