In this role, you will be instrumental in the Battery Cell Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Designing and optimizing battery cell structures
- Improving performance through the application of new materials and technologies
- Prototype and Sample cell and testing
- Collaborating with related departments to advance projects
- Cell Evaluation and Analysis
- E-BOM price optimization
- Management for DFMEA
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in battery cell design and development
- Proficiency in CAD or CATIA software
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Master's or Ph.D. degree
- Experience with lithium-ion batteries
- Project management experience
