Our flagship product, Translead CRM, is a premier sales DX solution designed to build winning sales teams. Launched in October 2023, we are experiencing explosive market adoption, successfully winning clients over from global competitors! With full-scale global expansion underway across Malaysia, South Korea, and Taiwan, Vietnam is our next big stage. We are looking for a founding B2B Sales Lead to build our Vietnamese business from 0 to 1—with a clear path to becoming our future Country Manager!

About the Role

Working directly from our new office in Ho Chi Minh City, you will spearhead local B2B sales operations and drive business expansion from the ground up as our sales lead.

Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close: Drive high-impact B2B business development targeting local companies in Vietnam.
• Build the Pipeline: Lead lead-generation initiatives and create sales opportunities through exhibitions, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• End-to-End Sales Execution: Identify customer pain points, pitch our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, and close key deals.
• Grow Accounts & Strategy: Partner with the Customer Success team to drive upsells, optimize sales strategies, and scale local account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong, proven track record as a B2B sales top performer or sales lead (any industry welcome!).
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Vietnam.

Preferred Skills

• Proven SaaS or IT service sales experience.
• International work experience or exposure to global business environments.

Pay range and compensation package

• Top-Tier Salary: 35,000,000 – 60,000,000 VND monthly basic salary.
• Double Rewards: Performance bonuses and salary reviews TWICE a year (April & October).
• Generous Allowances: Lunch Allowance (2,000,000 VND/month) + Gasoline/Transport Allowance (1,400,000 VND/month).
• Fully Equipped: Company laptop, mobile phone, and external monitor provided.

Work Details

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City (New office opening soon!).
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30 (1-hour break).
• Employment Type: Full-time (60-day probation; 12-month renewable contract).
