This role turns that value into measurable growth through paid acquisition, driving stronger B2B positioning, better qualified leads, and a growing sales pipeline across global segments.
Your mission
Own the end-to-end B2B paid acquisition engine across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other performance social channels. Generate qualified leads across global segments, improve lead quality at the top of funnel, and drive sales pipeline through measurable paid performance. Partner closely with the CRM, Support and Sales to ensure a seamless handoff from campaign to nurture.

What You Will Do
- Own paid acquisition end to end. Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with a full-funnel B2B mindset, from first touch to closed pipeline.
- Build segment-driven funnels. Translate industries, company sizes, and use cases into dedicated funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths that actually convert.
- Run a serious experimentation engine. A/B test creatives, offers, landing pages, and lead forms. Let data, not opinions, decide what scales.
- Manage budget like a portfolio. Allocate spend across regions and segments based on pipeline contribution and CAC efficiency. Double down on what works, cut what does not.
- Drive paid social as a pipeline channel. Own LinkedIn and Facebook as measurable seller and partner acquisition channels. Design social funnels that qualify leads before they ever hit the CRM.
- Partner with content and creative. Turn case studies, partner wins, and product proof points into paid assets that earn attention and build credibility per segment.
- Own tracking and handoff. UTMs, conversion events, and campaign attribution are yours. Work hand in hand with the CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist so every paid lead lands clean in HubSpot and moves through MQL → SQL consistently.
- Report what matters. Cost per qualified lead, paid pipeline created, MQL to SQL conversion, CAC payback. Weekly insights, monthly recommendations, zero vanity metrics.

What you bring!
- 3+ years owning B2B performance marketing and demand generation
- Hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- A track record of optimizing for pipeline, not just leads
- AI-native mindset, you actively use AI to scale output, sharpen targeting, and test faster than the market
- Fluency in GA4, HubSpot reporting, and the numbers behind the dashboards
- Working HubSpot knowledge (forms, UTMs, tracking) , enough to move fast with your CRM counterpart
- Comfort with sales cycles and tight sales alignment
- The ability to turn a segment brief into targeting, messaging, and funnels that perform
- Sharp communication and the instinct to collaborate across sales, content, creative, CRM, and product
