Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Digital Marketing professional located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves:

• Creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth
• Analyzing web analytics
• Managing social media marketing initiatives, coordinating online marketing strategies
• Aligning marketing efforts with the company's business objectives.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's digital presence is also a key aspect of the role.

This is a rare chance to shape how tens of millions of people across Southeast Asia discover and adopt AI. You'll work directly with consumer app veterans, own meaningful budget across two fast-growing products, and build playbooks for scaling consumer AI in emerging markets — a category that barely existed two years ago.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese
• At least 3 years running paid media at real scale — your CV should clearly state: monthly budgets managed, actual CAC/ROAS, specific products
• Strong on Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads at a level where you can self-diagnose when campaigns underperform — not just able to run
• Thinks in business metrics: understands LTV, payback, contribution margin — not just CPC/CPM
• Experience with app install campaigns (MMPs like Appsflyer/Adjust is a significant plus)
• Bonus: prior experience running paid in markets outside Vietnam, or launching a new product + able to use Canva/Capcut
