What's the job about

We're looking for a Field Marketing & ABM Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City to support growth across Southeast Asia.

This role partners closely with local Account Executives and Business Development teams to execute account-focused field marketing initiatives that drive engagement and pipeline across priority accounts.

As the primary marketing presence in the region, you will own the execution of field marketing programs across Southeast Asia, including executive roundtables, private dinners, industry events and targeted ABM initiatives. You'll also support the localization of global marketing campaigns to ensure they resonate with regional audiences.

Success in this role will be measured through SQL generation, pipeline influenced and engagement across target accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with Southeast Asia Account Executives and Business Development teams to support pipeline generation across priority accounts
  • Execute 1:few ABM programs designed to increase engagement and opportunities within target accounts
  • Plan and deliver high-quality field marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia, including executive roundtables, private dinners, industry conferences and relationship-building experiences
  • Own events end-to-end, including venue selection, vendor management, guest lists, logistics and on-site delivery
  • Coordinate targeted account-based gifting campaigns to support sales outreach and account engagement
  • Support the localisation and execution of global marketing campaigns for Southeast Asian markets
  • Work closely with the APAC marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across the region
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance, including SQL generation, pipeline influenced and account engagement

What You'll Need


  • 3–5 years experience in field marketing, events, account-based marketing or B2B marketing
  • Experience delivering events end-to-end, including executive events, conferences and client engagement activities
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of pipeline generation and campaign ROI
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside standard business hours
