Job Overview

Air Vacuum Automation Vietnam (AVA) is looking for an experienced Automation & Digital Solutions Team Lead to drive our Smart Factory, Industrial Automation, SCADA, Industrial IoT, and Intelligent Air Management System (IAMS) businesses.

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management, customer-facing presentation skills, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Automation Engineering Team.
• Manage and deliver PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, VFD, and Industrial IoT projects.
• Drive turnkey SCADA and factory utility monitoring projects.
• Develop Intelligent Air Management Systems for air compressors, vacuum pumps, and utility facilities.
• Support the sales team with technical solutions, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Conduct technical training for customers, engineers, and sales teams.
• Oversee project commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.

Requirements

• Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of industrial automation experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial communication networks, VFDs, robotics, and Industrial IoT.
• Experience in factory utilities, air compressors, vacuum systems, or energy management is an advantage.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical presentation skills.
• Good command of Vietnamese & English.
