Currently, we are currently looking for an Audit Manager. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:

Job Description:

As a Manager, Audit & Assurance, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and maintaining high audit quality. Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage statutory audits and other assurance engagements for clients across manufacturing, service, and trading sectors, including multinational and large local companies.
• Review audit planning, risk assessments, working papers, and financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS/VAS and applicable auditing standards.
• Identify significant audit, accounting, and internal control issues and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Manage audit engagements, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and overall engagement quality.
• Review the work of Senior Auditors and audit team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate with clients on audit matters, key findings, and recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with Partners and other internal teams on complex audit and accounting matters.
• Support the preparation of audit proposals and other business development activities.
• Contribute to internal technical training, audit methodology, and quality control initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, VACPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 6–8 years of external audit experience, preferably with Big 4 or international professional firms.
• Strong audit experience across manufacturing, service, and trading sectors.
• Proven experience in leading audit engagements and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/VAS, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Good understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle complex accounting and audit matters independently.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
