Must have
- Monitor operational and performance, and highlight issues or improvement opportunities.
- Support testing, launch readiness, and monitoring of new features and updates.
- Support issue investigation, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and track resolution progress.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Review user journeys and front-end experiences, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Must have
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, payment operations, financial services operations, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field..
- Critical & logical thinking, problem solving skills, flexibility in handling problems.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- A fast learner, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, integrity & responsibility.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or applying AI tools to operational work.
- Have SQL/Python/R is a big advance.
