Position Title: Associate, M&A Advisory Services

Location: Hybrid

Reporting To: Head of Advisory

Employment Type: Full-time

2. Position Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Associate to join our M&A Advisory Team. As an Associate, you will take day-to-day ownership of transaction workstreams, leading analysis, structuring deliverables, coordinating due diligence, and engaging directly with clients, investors, and counterparties. You will guide and review the work of your working team members and be a trusted voice in shaping transaction strategy and recommendations.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to step into greater deal ownership and client-facing responsibility. The successful candidate will combine strong technical judgment with the maturity to manage stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and keep complex, fast-moving transactions on track. 3. Key Responsibilities

Transaction Execution & Advisory

  • Work closely with Functional Heads, Team Leaders, Senior Professionals, and Managers to execute multiple M&A and corporate finance engagements, taking ownership of assigned transaction workstreams.
  • Lead the execution of M&A transaction and advisory workstreams across target identification, market screening, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct and oversee financial, commercial, industry, and market analyses to assess business performance, key risks, value drivers, strategic alternatives, and transaction opportunities.
  • Develop and review financial models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and scenario analyses to support transaction structuring, pricing, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation and review of transaction materials, including pitchbooks, IMs, teasers, proposals, and client presentations, ensuring analytical accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Manage due diligence processes, data room activities, transaction documentation, and deal coordination, working with clients, counterparties, advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure completeness and timely execution.
  • Participate in client and management discussions, present analytical findings and recommendations, and provide transaction insights to support decision-making and deal execution.
  • Identify and resolve transaction, analytical, and operational issues within assigned workstreams, escalating material issues and recommending appropriate solutions to senior management.
  • Review and guide Analysts work, providing technical direction, quality control, and coaching to ensure high standards of execution and professional development.

Business Development, Risk & Professional Standards

  • Contribute to the firm's business development and growth initiatives by identifying potential clients, business opportunities, strategic relationships, and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, industry participants, and other relevant stakeholders to support transaction origination and the firm's market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's strategies, policies, regulatory requirements, risk management framework, and professional standards across assigned engagements.
  • Take ownership of the quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of work products and deliverables, while proactively identifying and mitigating transaction, operational, and reputational risks.
  • Uphold the firm's professional standards, ethics, and reputation in all interactions with clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders.

4. Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Private Equity, or related fields is preferred.
  • CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications (or progress toward such qualifications) are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or deliverables within live transactions, with direct client or counterparty exposure.
  • Strong command of valuation methodologies, deal structuring, and corporate finance principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as AI tools.
  • Familiarity with financial databases and research tools is an advantage.
