Position And Team Overview

L.E.K.s Asia consulting teams advise some of the most prominent organizations across the region, including major multinationals, growth companies and private equity investors. Our teams bring extensive experience across a range of sectors, including Healthcare and Life Sciences, Education, Financial Services, and private equity, helping clients address their most important strategic and commercial challenges

This role is expected to collaborate and effectively work on consulting projects across L.E.K.s Asia offices, supporting project teams on key deliverables.

Overview Of Role

Associates play a crucial role on each project team, gathering, analyzing and synthesizing information regarding all aspects of businesses. They uncover novel information and undertake rigorous analysis that creates breakthrough insights and make lasting impacts on our clients.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customers
• Performing rigorous strategic and financial analysis to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients
• Collaborating with team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on the data and analysis
• Transforming information into thoughtful insights regarding the client's strategic direction
• Making L.E.K. an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a positive social climate in the office.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 0.5-2 years working experience in consulting
• Willingness to travel is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Demonstrated leadership
• Outstanding academic achievement
• Initiative and commitment
• Good communication skills
• Fluency or near-native proficiency in English and Vietnamese is essential
• Additional language in Bahasa (Melayu or Indonesa), Mandarin Chinese, Thai, or Tagalog will be an added advantage
