Associate Director - Architectural Design

Required to join a engineering consultancy providing design and project delivery solutions for international Architectural, Engineering, and Construction projects. The successful candidate will lead and manage a high-performing architectural team dedicated to delivering technical excellence and innovative solutions for clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, with a strong emphasis on the Australian market.

Overseeing project delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards, and driving best practices in technical quality and digital delivery across all project stages.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

A Degree in Architecture; preferred membership in a relevant professional body (AIA, RIBA,

NZIA, or local equivalent).

Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on project delivery for the Australian market; recent experience managing major projects at various design stages. Experience on rail projects would be desirable

In depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, BIM and Project Delivery

Experience with contracts, fee proposals, and on-site project delivery.

Able to lead a multicultural team and provide training
