Job Description:
1. Marketing Project Communication (60%)
- Plan and execute integrated communication plans to promote SPX campaigns, policies, and growth initiatives to attract and retain social sellers.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver consistent, impactful messages across all communication touchpoints.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, communication reach, and stakeholder engagement generate post-campaign reports and insights.
- Research market trends, competitor communications, and user feedback to propose innovative communication initiatives.
2. Online Media Planning & Channel Management (40%)
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across online channels (Meta, Google, CRM, Display Ads, etc.) to support communication goals and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize media performance, ensuring effective budget utilization and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and channel improvement.
- Stay updated with digital trends and platform best practices to enhance the effectiveness of online communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, or Project Management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or agency environments.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills able to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in campaign reporting and marketing performance tracking
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing channels, digital ads performance in both upper and lower funnels is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
